At Aurévelle, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygienic and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed.
Store Credit Eligibility
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aurevelle.co with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the eligible item. Store credit may be used toward future purchases and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
